建行的龙卡借记卡免小额账户管理费的方法

贷款自动还款账户可以凭贷款合同到柜台办理还款账户免小额
挂在乐当家理财金卡或者白金卡下就可以免

办理乐当家的条件：
金卡是20W或者贷记卡年消费5W
白金卡是50W或者货记卡年消费10W
