招行信用卡自动扣款不成功会发短信提示 建行信用卡不会发

建行信用卡关联的自动扣款账户在自动扣款当天如果余额不足
一分钱都不会扣 并且没有任何通知
结果就是5％的滞纳金和日息万分之五的利息
