近日，工商银行在网站上公布了新的牡丹借记卡章程，将于11月1日起正式施行，其中，境内跨行ATM取现手续费调整为2至4元/笔。目前，该行现行标准仍为2元/笔。市内的其他银行表示，目前暂时没有调整手续费计划。
我市一银行的银行卡部负责人介绍，市民如需跨行取款时，尽量选择每次取款限额较高的ATM机，减少取款次数以节省手续费。
